Our body also has a bristly places like chest,shoulder and other.From these places,hair follices are taken with a special  tool which is called punch and they are taken with fue method.Then they are transported to hairless areas.If patient wants to have more hair and nape area is not suitable for this,body bristles can be preferred.It never carries a hair character.But having more vain and nourishment feature,body bristles can get longer on head area more than body.It is not much preferred method.But it can be used for alternative.In one session 500 body bristles can be transplanted to head.To prefer this method,transplantation team has to decide whether you are suitable or not. 

FUT hair transplantation methos is firstly shown in article “Follicular Unit Transplantation” which is written in 1995 by Doctor Bernstein. In this method,first the healthy area of neck (root cells are here) is had a shaved,then local anestesia is applied and hair  is taken from this area.

After taking hair,root cells related to hair cultivation are seperated one by one  and they stay live in cell water until hair cultivation will be done.hair cultivation action(transfering these cells) should be done very quickly. So more than one medical personnels are needed to do this operation. One personnel does cell seperation, other does anestesia on related areas. After anestesia personnel opens holes on hair roots for hair cultivation. An then seperated hair cells are put in these holes. This action is the most important part of the hair cultivation. If the personnels aren’t  educated on hair cultivation,they may cultivate hair in wrong way  and this makes you unhappy when they grow. Operation takes 4-6 hours , ýt depends on number of hair amount. Because of anestesia , a few break can be for the patient’s rest. Patient can watch tv or listen to music during operation. After this action FUT  hair cultivation method finishes.

Advantages

1.It does not harm natural structure of hair groups. This is very important to provide maximum growth. It also provides smaller canals on receiver area. So ýt makes the hair near the natural hair.  Opening small canals provides maximum growth because it doesnot harm blood circulation. More frequent hair cultivation is provided with this method.

2. With FUT technique which is done under sterescopic microscopes,tissue unit isnot harmed  except hair ýt is thrown by having a shave. So grefts which are very thin and tissues in very good conditions, can be  prepared.
Direction of hair is adjusted very well.

3.In FUT technique,opening small canals provides a protection for elastic collagen in tissue. It is important to put the greft in the canal and to provide faster oksigenation after hair cultivation.

4.In FUT technique,canals are opened very thin slits. In this technique taking tissue from the root isnot done like macrogreft technique. With slit technique,going in the normal hair roots without any harm is possible. So making frequent hair  is  easy on unspillage hair.

The structure named follicular unit is a  structure which lives 1-4 hair follicles  in it and is in a dermal cover. They are also structures which are phiscologic and anatomic with vascular and neural web around follucular  unit transfer. Follucular unit transfer was known in 1996 and became a reform in 40 year-hair cultivation transfer.follucular unit is a structure which has 2-3 hair follicles. In the past nobody knows its existance of follucular units seperation isnot good. Follucular units must be taken under microscope very carefully. So hair cultivation  and FUE method mut be done by experienced plastic surgers who know scalp anatomy and surgery very well.
