The abdominal zone may be loose or may have projections depending on the age and weight. The excess amounts in this zone may be removed with liposuction or abdominal lifting operation. Liposuction is used as a supportive action for some persons. The lipids at the sides of the waist and hips are taken with liposuction in these cases. The incisions are performed horizontally and as under bikini line. These incision scars happen to lessen in time. Endoscopic abdominal aesthetic surgery is applied to even rarer patients. It is the treatment of muscle loosening by entering from small spots. For endoscopic operation to be justified, the person should not have any skin loosening but only muscle loosening. The recovery period is faster in mini abdominoplasy and endoscopic abdominal aesthetic surgery in POST OPERATIVE period.

The daily life activities may be performed in 3-7 days. The patients stay in the hospital 1-2 days after aesthetic abdominal lifting operation and shall rest at home for one week. It is recommended to make walk around, provided not too much, instead of staying in bed. The swollen areas and purple spots of the first weeks are normal and will get lesser in time. However for the total extermination of the swollen areas and for the final results of the operation, the patient shall wait for 1-2 months. You may start working after 1 week from the operation. You should wear corset for 3-4 weeks. There are no sutures to be extracted; thus lesser marks. The abdominal lifting operation not only provides aesthetic correction, but also repairs the broken and deformed anatomical structure and recovers many functional disorders. The internal organs are attached to the dorsal side and waist. In case the abdominal wall does not provide frontal support, they will hang down and cause waist, dorsal pains, circulatory irregularities resulting in digestion problems and dyspepsia.
